IN 1 MINUTE

  • You get: a dated baseline of your current citations, a technical audit, the corrections implemented, and a follow-up reading at 60 days.
  • This is not: content writing. It is repairing the machine that emits your content.
  • Guarantee: no new citation on your target queries at 60 days — refunded.

The problem

A growing share of searches ends inside an AI answer, with no link ever clicked.

If you are not in the answer, you do not exist for that search — even if you rank second on Google. And unlike classic SEO, the age of your domain does not protect you: a generative engine cites the passage that answers best, not the site that has been around longest.

Bad news for incumbents. Good news for you.

The six levers

The limiting factor is almost always technical.

A marketing agency rewrites the copy. In the large majority of cases I see, the copy is not the problem — what surrounds it is.

Access
Are AI crawlers — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended — allowed in your robots.txt? Plenty of sites block them without knowing, often through a firewall rule nobody has reread.
Rendering
Does your content exist in the served HTML, or only after JavaScript runs? A generative engine that does not render the page sees none of what your visitors see.
Extractability
An AI cites a passage, not a page. A self-contained paragraph under a heading that states the question gets cited; a wall of text with no boundaries does not.
Markup
Correct, validated structured data: Organization, Product, FAQPage, Article. That is what lets an engine know which entity you are, and name you correctly.
llms.txt
A machine-readable summary of who you are and what you sell, at the root of the domain. Still rare, cheap to add, and increasingly read.
Entity authority
Your name, address and activity must agree everywhere — site, listings, directories, mentions. A blurry entity is one an AI hesitates to cite.

How it runs

Fifteen days of work, measured at sixty.

  1. Days 1-3 · The baseline

Twenty queries from your market, the ones your customers actually ask, run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and AI Overviews. We record who gets cited, in what order, and with which sentences. That is your starting point, dated and archived.

  2. Days 4-6 · The technical audit

All six levers reviewed against your real site. The deliverable says what blocks you, in what order to fix it, and what each fix should change.

  3. Days 7-15 · The corrections

I implement them. That is the difference from an audit: you do not leave with a task list to hand to someone else, you leave with a corrected site.

  4. Day 60 · The follow-up reading

The same twenty queries, the same engines, the same method. We compare. If no new citation has appeared, you are refunded.

The proof

This site is my own test bench.

llms.txt in production, structured data validated on every deploy by an automated test, AI crawlers explicitly allowed in robots.txt, a blocking hreflang guard in continuous integration, and around twenty technical essays structured to be extracted passage by passage.

The method is published, holding nothing back — see the essays.

Give me three queries from your market. I run them in front of you during the call and you see immediately where you stand.

Common questions

Five honest answers.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO targets a position in a list of links. GEO targets a citation inside an answer written by an AI. The levers differ: in SEO, links and domain authority carry enormous weight; in GEO, passage extractability, answer precision and markup clarity decide whether your name gets used.

How is this different from what a marketing agency does?

An agency rewrites the copy. The limiting factor is almost always upstream: a client-rendered page an AI crawler never reads, passages with no clear boundaries, missing or wrong markup, no llms.txt. That is engineering, not copywriting — and that is where I deliver.

How is the result measured?

By a before and after reading, on the same 20 queries, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. The captures are dated and yours to keep. It is imperfect — generative engines are not deterministic — but it is measurable and repeatable.

Does the site need rebuilding?

Rarely. Most corrections are surgical: server rendering on the pages that matter, passage restructuring, structured data, llms.txt, opening AI crawlers in robots.txt. If the foundation is beyond repair, I tell you at the baseline reading rather than after billing you fifteen days.

Does this replace Google SEO?

No, it sits alongside it. Google remains the primary channel for most businesses. But the share of searches that end inside an AI answer, with no click, keeps growing — and on that ground, the age of your domain no longer protects you. For the Google layer, see the SEO Foundation.

What does ChatGPT answer when someone looks for what you sell?

Thirty minutes, no commitment. We test three queries together and I tell you plainly whether there is something to win — or whether there is nothing to fix on your side.
