The founder
Sergio Nokam
Senior fullstack developer, twelve years designing and shipping custom business applications and SaaS platforms. At the intersection of three competencies that rarely meet in one person: custom business software (the tool that does not exist off the shelf), applied AI in production (process automation, semantic search, RAG, agents), and the technical layer of visibility (rendering, indexability, structured data, citability by AI).
Based in Gatineau, thirty minutes from Ottawa, I serve companies across Quebec and the Outaouais in both French and English. My edge isn't team size — it's the absence of intermediaries. You talk directly to the person who codes, ships, and signs the work. Headless commerce remains a house specialty, but it is no longer the front door.

The atelier
Three non-negotiable principles.
One person, start to finish.
No junior team, no account manager in between. The person who answers the phone is the person writing the code. If a senior freelancer joins, they're named in the proposal — never hidden in execution.
The price does not move.
Scope and amount fixed before the first line of code. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. Amounts are discussed on a call and written into the proposal — never a mystery quote, never a public grid disconnected from your context.
You own the code.
Repository, documentation and access handed over at the end of the mandate, in French and in English. Take the project in-house or switch vendors without buying anything back.

Built in Gatineau, serving companies across Quebec and Ottawa.
Atelier based in Gatineau, on the Quebec-Ontario border: two hours from Montreal, thirty minutes from Ottawa. Native French, professional English — mandates are delivered in both languages, documentation included. On-site available on the Montreal-Ottawa axis, remote everywhere else in North America.
